CHC/SEIA is a private, non-profit, federally qualified community health center (FQHC) providing quality and affordable medical and dental healthcare services to underserved communities in southeastern Iowa, west central Illinois, and northern Missouri. Women’s healthcare services provided to their patients include: Pregnancy testing, referral to prenatal care, gynecological exams, pap smears, prescription birth control, sexually transmitted infection testing and treatment.
All insurance types accepted including Iowa, Illinois, and Missouri Medicaid (Title 19), Hawk-I, Illinois Connect and standard Medicare. A sliding fee scale is also available and is determined by household size and household income.

The Keokuk Clinic is an internal medicine clinic with staffed by one physician and two nurse practitioners, providing comprehensive acute, chronic and preventive medical care for people of all ages. Two women’s health providers offer weekly appointments come to the clinic weekly from Burlington and women’s health services include: gynecological care, sexually transmitted infection testing and treatment, birth control pills, IUDs (uterine), Nexplanon (implant in arm), Depo Provera (shot), well-woman visits, pap smears, pelvic organ prolapse, menstrual problems, menopausal problems, bladder infections, and new and return OB visits.

Obria Medical Clinics is a faith-based organization founded with "the vision to eliminate the 'need' for abortion in Iowa." Their clinic provides medical care for reproductive health care, from unplanned pregnancies to sexually transmitted diseases. Services include pregnancy testing, limited obstetrical ultrasound, STD risk assessments, STD testing, STD diagnosis and treatment, early prenatal care, cervical cancer screening, referrals for obstetrics care and social services, referrals for adoption services and post-abortion care for finding spiritual and emotional peace after abortion.
