Sterzing's Potato Chip Cookies recipe

What We’ll Need:
4 cups of crush Sterzing’s Potato Chips
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packs
1 cup white sugar
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup melted butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1.5 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups of white chocolate chips
 

What We’ll Do:


1. Combine our Sterzings Potato Chips, brown sugar, white sugar, eggs, butter, and vanilla extract
2. Sift together the flour and baking soda.
3. Add to the potato chip mixture and mix well.
4. Stir in the white chocolate chips.
5. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheets, allowing space for the cookies to spread.
6. Bake at 375° for 11 minutes or until lightly browned.
7. Should make about 5 dozen cookies.
8. Let cool and enjoy!



Snake Alley Snaps recipe 


What We’ll Need:


1 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup molasses
1cup light corn syrup
4 1/2 cup sifted flour
1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon  ground cloves


What We’ll Do:


1. Beat butter and sugars together until light and fluffy. 
2. Mix in the molasses and corn syrup until well combined. 
3. Add in the remaining ingredients and stir until a smooth dough forms.
4. Chill for 30 minutes. (Just enough time to check out a new book on Hoopla or Libby and read a few chapters.)
5. Roll out on a lightly floured surface to less than ⅛-inch thick.
6. Cut with floured circle cutters to match the Snake Alley Shape. 
7. Add a brick pattern using a butter knife. 
8. Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 350° for 8 minutes. 
OPTIONAL: Add green icing for the beautiful flora around the alley. 




Shearer's Sandwich Crème Balls recipe 


What We’ll Need:


1 package of Shearer’s Sandwich Cookies (flavor of choice)
8 oz. (one brick) of softened cream cheese
1 package of white melting chocolate 


What We’ll Do:


1. Crush Shearer’s Sandwich Cookies into fine crumbs.
2. Transfer all but about 1 tablespoon of the crumbs to a large mixing bowl and add the cream cheese.
3. Mix until blended.
4. Scoop 1-inch diameter balls, and roll between the palms to shape into smooth spheres.  
5. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. 
6. Place the white chocolate in a bowl and microwave until melted. Continue to stir until smooth.
7. Coat the balls in the melted white chocolate and sprinkle the reserved cookie crumbs to garnish. 




State Fair Fry Up recipe


What We’ll Need:


1 package of Twinkies (flavor of choice)
1 package of crescent dough sheets
Olive Oil Spray
Powdered Sugar 


What We’ll Do:


1. Roll out the dough of crescent sheets and cut into 4 pieces.
2 Lay your Twinkie in the center of the dough.
3. Wrap the Twinkie in a doughy hug sealing both sides by pressing the seams together with your fingers. 
4. Place on a greased air fryer tray or in a greased air fryer basket.
(You can also spray the dough for a golden brown crisp up.)

5. Set in the air fryer and set the temperature to 320° for 7 minutes. 
6. Plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy!
